Great design just works.

Design starts with human needs, moves through business realities and technical possibilities, and lands in the sociocultural context. Pulling those four into something effortless is the work I love.

I'm a bridge builder between disciplines and within teams. That instinct was shaped in Europe, at Stanford, and at Tsinghua in Beijing. Sharpened in multinational teams that shipped.

Today I partner with ambitious founders on design and product strategy. A product mirrors the organisation that built it, so the work cuts across both. I care about problem solving, using resources well, and a marathon pace over a sprint.

Outside the studio: politically engaged, cooking, tinkering, running. Craft matters. Nature, art, and photography keep me curious.
